Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Lisa's Books & Love where we take our time to carefully wrap a book of your choice or a surprised book with beautifully picked bookish goodies to complete your adventure. We also wrap journals with journaling goodies to begin your journey in writing. Due to the personalized nature of our products we do not accept exchanges/ refunds after it's been purchased and delivered.

We do request that you please make sure you do not own the book you have purchased to avoid any concerns and if you have any request  on design or contents like any allergies please communicate them before you purchase any items as we will try to accommodate your request.

Lisa's Books & Love is not liable for lost packages , delayed packages by shipping carrier or stolen packages as these  circumstances are beyond our control. Once we have handed over the packages to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the package. Please contact them the carrier directly if your package is delayed/lost or if you suspect it was stolen.
