We ship using USPS as our primary source to ship out products. Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout. Please contact me if you do not have USPS as a mail service in your area

Delivery Times:

Estimated delivery times are determined by the carrier and may very depending on your location, weather, or other delays beyond our control.

Address Accuracy:

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Lisa's Books & Love LLC is NOT responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier right away to file a claim.
